256 Colour Terminal

• Get base16 theme for iTerm, vim and shell
• iTerm theme should be the .256 variant that leaves the ANSI colours alone. E.g. base16-default.dark.256.itermcolors.
• Set as theme in vim and iTerm
• Set as theme in zshrc
• Set let base16colorspace=256 in vimrc
